Research, Analyze, and document Business Systems and their interdependencies to ensure the systems are meeting the Business and Technical requirements of the Bank and functioning optimally.
Job Function
Analyze Business Requirements and develop Technical and Functional requirements for; new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and integrations between systems;
Interface with technical experts in the research, writing, and publication of technical documentation, assessments, specifications;
Ensures the system design fits the needs of the users;
Analyze data requirements, complete data integration mapping for data migration and conversion;
Create SQL queries to aid in data analysis and reporting;
Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes provide alternatives (if applicable);Create training material such as user guides, Programmer's guide
Participate in defining screen designs and process flows.
Facilitate and execute unit and integration testing.
Provide implementation assistance for IT developed and vendor applications.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years related experience including a solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle.
Skilled in writing technical documentation, assessments, specifications, and design documentation.
Skilled in data analysis, data integration mapping, and data migration; strong understanding in Data Extraction, Translation, and Load (ETL) Processes.
Experience supporting the design and development of large ERP systems such as Workday, ServiceNow or worked with Integrated Business Systems, multi-tiered client/server applications, and distributed applications.
Experience with reporting tools such as Snowflake, Crystal report or Qliksense.
Knowledge of Workday Studio
Skilled in the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of vendor supplied solutions such as Workday, ServiceNow, Peoplesoft or other large ERP systems
Skilled in SQL development.
Skilled at organizing and translating information into clear written documentation; articulating complex concepts and processes in writing.
