Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive support to the Chief Information Officer by managing daily schedules, department calendars and coordinate appointments
Facilitate agendas and prepare meeting minutes
Prepare requisitions, assist with department contracts, budget, track and balance credit cards and petty cash
Assists and maintains various weekly and monthly reports
Completes other routine office tasks
Process travel arrangements
Assist the support center with ticket triaging and end-user communications
Manage and organize departmental documentation
Assist with IT projects and related communication
Qualifications:

The Associate, ETS Capital will provide support for transactional investment activities across the business enterprise, with core activities including corporate strategy, competitive analysis, financial planning and investment management.
