Perform Lockout/Tag out procedures for electrical systems. 3. Perform Hookups and disconnects of circuits. 4. Load bank and transformer voltage changes. 5. Switchgear setup Load bank control configurations 6. Prior to energizing of packages and control consoles, verification of proper grounding installation. 7.
