Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor during all interactions.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or recommend future upgrades to clients.
Prepare and present accurate estimates for potential jobs, explaining the scope of work and pricing to clients.
Assist with generating new leads through field interactions, and follow up with clients for additional work opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and new technologies to provide customers with the best solutions.
Mentor apprentices as needed, guiding them in both technical and sales aspects of the job.
What We Require:
Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on electrical experience in a variety of environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage clients and close sales.
Experience in estimating, project management, and presenting solutions to customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Our Home office is located in Mountlake Terrace; close to the I-5 and 1-405, which gives our technicians access to both west and east sides of the lake.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Journeyman Welder Fabricator, you will work on heavy trucks and perform all phases of welding and fabricating including air arc, wire feed, stick, acetylene, brazing, and fabrication skills. If we need equipment welded or customized, we will count on you to get the job done! Every day, picture yourself working in a shop that has all the support, safety equipment, and resources you need to perform top-notch work on equipment.
WHAT YOU NEED:
5 or more years of experience in all phases of welding and fabrication. Will also accept candidates with mechanical aptitude/experience and a 2-year Diesel Technology or Welding degree.
Ability to read blueprints preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivation and
Ability to work under little or no supervision.
