Duties
During the course of their careers, Uniformed Division Officers carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:
Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.

Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.

Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.

The Operations Project Coordinator leads and coordinates the NBD change and innovation management process (PIF/PCF) for all Operations functions including domestic and global Co-manufacturing. Using information from ERP and NBD System , this role enters information into project tracker. Enter tasks into company systems (PPT, NBD GUI) where applicable. Track accountability and status for internal and external actions related to project progress. Issues weekly task requirements summary.
Maintain a prioritized list of new initiatives and ensure projects are communicated and managed in order to achieve target ship dates and volumes. Participates in NBD Steering Committee providing performance data and assists with process improvement.
Generate weekly Company NBD Progress report for company circulation. Create internal outstanding-action report for project team members, and project review topic reports for biweekly meetings. Where project actions have exceeded timelines, generate exception report. Reports periodically on timelines, processes, and improvement opportunities. KPI reporting on a monthly basis; ad hoc reporting as needed.
Complete new component system data set ups according to System Set Up Process. Regularly complete the analysis of component system data identify errors and omissions and amend data records according to directions.

The Clinical Document Improvement Specialist - (CDS) is responsible for providing CDI program oversight and day to day CDI implementation of processes related to the concurrent review of the clinical documentation in the inpatient medical record of Optum 360 clients' patients. The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Brief Description:
As a member of the REMS Strategy and Operations department, the Senior Manager, REMS Data Programmer will provide support for FDA mandated Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs and other patient and product risk management initiatives. Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO in their NYC office for a maternity leave coverage. This role will start mid-April and go thru mid-September. The hours are 8:30am-6:00pm with flexibility for OT (must be able to monitor phone and email after hours). This role is in office 4 days with Friday work from home. Must be able to go in 5 days as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide calendar management for CEO scheduling personal and work events and setting up meetings
Handle any and all administrative requests from family members, including calendars & scheduling, phone coverage and correspondence
Arrange international/domestic travel, private and commercial, including flights, visa's, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
Oversee aspects of residences to ensure high quality operations, maintenance and service
Coordinate with domestic staff schedules and handle any HR issues; Ensure that staff maintain a concierge style attitude for the residence and use utmost discretion towards family and guests' needs
Produce reports, presentations, compose and prepare correspondence
Run personal errands as needed
Liaise with vendors, general contractors, interior and exterior design professionals, etc.
Troubleshoot AV and tech when needed and liaise with internal IT team as needed
Other ad-hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years prior expereince supporting a C-Level executive ideally out of a small family office
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, loyal and honest
Pro-active, self-motivated, independent personality
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple small and large-scale projects at once
Ability to travel on short notice and maintain a flexible schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be a key element for success in the position
Excellent computer skills in corporate and household environment; Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite required
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation:
Hourly up to $65/hr

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience
At least two years of specialist sales experience is preferred (i.e. neurologists, pulmonologists, psychiatrists, or sleep specialists)
Current relationships with hospitals, sleep labs, neurologists, pulmonologists and sleep specialist within aligned territory preferred
Hospital/Account based experience and closed access account navigation is preferred
Sleep and Central Nervous System therapeutic sales experience is preferred
Specialty sales and/or Orphan/rare disease therapeutic sales experience a benefit
REMS/hub or central pharmacy experience helpful
Buy and Bill experience is preferred/helpful
Strong knowledge of product(s); competitor product(s); and applicable disease states desired
Strong understanding of payer landscape, and the ability to discuss managed care criteria for a high value specialty product, desired
Experience in the planning and execution of launch and push and pull through strategies of new products in a live and/or virtual setting
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong planning and organizational skills are required

Our Intake and Referral department is the heart of Home Health & Hospice operations, and we want you on our team! We have an open position for a registered nurse who is interested in supporting an exceptional patient experience, every time. Our registered nurses and team assistants work together to make certain we have all required information and documentation for a complete referral, and coordinate with referring providers and internal directors and managers to support patient access to our services. This position offers an opportunity for a registered nurse to use their clinical experience to evaluate patient eligibility for our services and support patients, their families, community members and referring providers in understanding the breadth and depth of the services we offer.
Schedule is every other Fri/Sat/Sun, and then 3 week days.
