Training Strategy & Execution:

Data-Driven Learning & Continuous Improvement:

Leadership & Collaboration:

Build and eventually lead a small L&D team as the function scales.
Key Qualifications: Experience:
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.
Strong background in designing and launching training programs from scratch.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
Skills:
Proven ability to build and scale training programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced project management and organizational skills.
