Dispose of all trash in to Trash Compactor. * Monthly Outside clean-up of Parking areas. * Cleans common areas, including tables, chairs, countertops, drinking fountains, doors, windows (inside and outside), refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and eye wash stations. * Uses cleansers and machinery in a safe manner according to manufacturers' specifications. * No Office/Bathroom/Breakroom duties (this is handled by outside contractor). * Removes snow and ice from sidewalks, entrance areas, and dock doors as needed.
