What You Will Be Doing: Cleaning offices, hallways, rest rooms, elevators, stairways, shops and other work areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors. Washing windows, door panels, and sills. Emptying wastebaskets, and transporting trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishing restroom supplies. May clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies as required. May be required to record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of machinery or equipment to supervisory staff. Performing grounds keeping duties such as litter control, sweeping sidewalks, trash collection, and vehicle refueling as assigned. Works as part of Maintenance or Engineering & Services team and assists any or all other areas, as needed. Must be able to operate a vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
