Under the supervision of the Parks Maintenance Manager, performs a variety of job tasks related to facility cleaning and maintenance ensuring that activity rooms, restrooms, and public areas are maintained and ready for their intended purpose. Key Responsibilities:

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Operating Engineers Salary Classification Custodian $ 33.64/hour to $ 34.64/hour (starting hourly rate $ 33.64/hour) based on negotiated collective bargaining agreement. 40 hours per week for a 261-day annual assignment. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life-insurance eligibility is based upon 630 hours worked within a school year. Retirement provided through Washington State Department of Retirement Systems. Other benefits include vacation and paid holidays.
