The role of the Bridgetown Custodian is to perform highly diversified duties to prepare and maintain the gathering spaces before and during weekend gatherings or independent events. The custodian is also responsible for tearing down equipment. The Custodian should be a self-starter, conscientious, able to work both independently and as a member of a team.

The Janitor 1 position is responsible for keeping the entire facility and grounds clean, sanitary and in compliance with all applicable health and sanitation codes to support the production of great artisan bread and delicious café food. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated and independent. They will have high performance standards, strong customer orientation and team mentality, and composure under pressure.

Rate of Pay: This position pays $20.60 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time, est. 4-5 shifts per week. Swing shift. Schedule flexibility and the ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Maintains food handler's card - new hires are expected to have a valid card by their first date of work
