Maintains the cleanliness of the facility to meet client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Ability to perform major janitorial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming (using a 25lb. vacuum daily for 3-4 hours), wet mopping, sweeping, dusting, and emptying the trash (lifting wastepaper and debris-minimum of 55lbs.) Must be able to do all paperwork involved. Responsible for inspecting both our vehicle and the unit we are receiving for perfect condition and missing equipment.
