Dusting and cleaning of all surface areas in the office, including desks, tables, shelving units, window sills, filing cabinets and all counter surfaces. Perform general sweeping, scrubbing and mopping of all floor areas including but not limited to offices, hallways, elevator banks, bathrooms, supply rooms, conference rooms and break rooms, Ability to operate and utilize cleaning equipment such as vacuum, mop & mop bucket to clean floors and vacuum all carpet areas. Perform further treatments to carpets as needed, such as stain removal and shampooing. Clean bathrooms located on all office floors that includes scrubbing sinks, basins, urinals and toilets. Replenish all bathroom supplies as needed. Clean all windows, glass surfaces and mirrors on all office floors. Dispose of all trash from trash receptacles located on all office floors including trash bins located under desks, kitchen area, break rooms and bathrooms and replace with new bags. Dispose of all paper from recycling bins and replace with new bags. Breakdown all boxes on office floors and bring down to the curb on 48th Street. Ensure that all public spaces and kept clean and tidy. Maintenance and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products and report of any and all replacements and repairs needed when encountered on the job. Ensure that all cleaning supplies, equipment and products are stored in a safe and sanitary way.
