What You'll Do
Greet all guests with hospitality and friendliness
Ensure cleanliness of Cooper's Hawk including keeping the floors clean following “Wash n Walk” procedures, cleaning surfaces, cleaning and maintaining restrooms.
Polish flatware and ensure silverware are neat and tight in napkin fold.
Follow proper wine glass polishing procedure and stock stemware.
Restock the bar and beverage station.
Adhere to all Cooper's Hawk service standards
Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelines

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This job requires the Twin Peaks Janitor, Busser to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.
THE UNIFORM
* Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
* Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat.
* Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained.
* Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
* Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
* Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn.
* Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Janitor / Busser include, but are not limited to:

JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES:
* Oversee, promote and improve the recycling program.
* Empty product scrap, waste and recycle containers (requires pushing/pulling up to 800 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.).
* Bale all recycle material and make a bale.
* Maintain cleanliness of the east dock, baler room, tank farm, storage areas and other areas as assigned. Sweep and mop daily and operate floor scrubber.
* Coordinate container pickups with vendors.
* Repair and clean containers including keeping inventory of containers.
* Complete cream yeast CIP of loop and tank.
* Work with chemicals wearing appropriate PPE.
* Maintains inventory and restocks supplies.
* Analyzes equipment performance and submit work orders describing problems of the equipment and how it relates to inferior production of product. Maintain regular PM for equipment used.
* Communicates thoroughly with the previous shift's building cleaner regarding unfinished task workload and or special requests or requirements.
* Develop action plans and ensure follow through on obtaining objectives for the department.
* May disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment, requiring understanding and retention of set procedures and the ability to detect variations from standard.

* Oversee, promote and improve the recycling program.
* Empty product scrap, waste and recycle containers (requires pushing/pulling up to 800 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.).

* Maintain cleanliness of the east dock, baler room, tank farm, storage areas and other areas as assigned. Sweep and mop daily and operate floor scrubber.

General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. General Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
Essential Functions
Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, extracting carpet, stripping and waxing floors, removing trash, recycling, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms, polishing outside area within 10 feet of entryways, washing windows, cleaning of desks/walls/ furniture/ doors/ entry glass/ interior glass/counter tops/chalkboards/ whiteboards/blinds and light fixtures, and any other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or his/her designated representative.

We are looking for a talented Helper C Janitor to join our team!
The Helper C Janitor will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, and will protect the community and equipment from damage, loss and deterioration. This position conducts preventative maintenance, performs janitorial duties, landscaping and service requests.
How you will contribute to our team:
Service Requests: You will be assigned service requests at your manager's discretion and you will ensure they are completed professionally and accurately within twenty-four (24) hours, which may include scheduling an appropriate vendor if necessary. You will accurately update the status in the system or to your manager as directed.
Preventive Maintenance: You will perform and execute preventive maintenance service requests as directed by your manager.
Property Inspections and Maintenance: You will perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with established standards regarding the grounds, risk management, safety, cleanliness and general appearance, including cleanliness and landscaping requests.
Resident Relations: As a “front line” employee who interacts very regularly with our residents, you will work to establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, all customers, vendors and co-workers. You will use your communication skills to interact in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Occupancy Management: You will ensure apartments are ready for occupancy in accordance with leasing needs and as outlined in the Waterton Residential Standards of Performance. This includes but is not limited to move out/move in inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, carpet cleaning/replacement, painting, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain Commitment to Safety: You and your team will maintain life safety equipment including but not limited to fire pumps, sprinklers, emergency generators, fire panels, smoke detectors, CO detectors, etc., including testing equipment as required. You will ensure there is a safe, clean and organized work environment (i.e. shop, pool maintenance room, storage areas). You will utilize all reasonable safety measures and precautions.

You have some maintenance experience. We require a High School Diploma or equivalent. In addition, you've worked in maintenance, construction, or handyman services of some capacity.
You're a fixer. You demonstrate tact and empathy when dealing with Resident and Associate concerns, and you work to resolve them quickly, never losing sight of the criticality of customer service.
