Responsible for the overall floor and building maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, burnishing, extraction & bonneting) of areas including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming to include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas, such as dining rooms.
