Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Services
Conduct assessments of patient, including completion of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) depression scale and General Anxiety Screening (GAD-7).
Develop initial comprehensive assessment data including patient presenting problems, mental status, relevant psychiatric, medical and developmental histories to make decisions regarding diagnosis (per DSM-V), treatment objectives and ongoing treatment plans and/or to provide information and make appropriate referrals to other treatment resources in the community.
Provide 25 hours of billable services per week to patients.
Consult with patient and primary care provider about treatment options and preferences; coordinate initiation of treatment plan.
Monitor patient closely for changes in severity of symptoms and medication side effects. Educate patients about medication and side effects as needed. Encourage treatment adherence.
Use behavioral activation techniques with patient as an adjunct to other treatments.
Provide evidence-based, brief structured psychotherapy (PST-PC).
Participate in regular caseload supervision with treatment team, focusing on patients improving adequately (e.g., less than 50% reduction in symptoms after 8-12 weeks in treatment).
Coordinate communication between patient and primary care physician and consulting psychiatrist; provide recommendations for change in treatment plan.
Document all encounters according to policies and procedures.
Implement crisis or pre-crisis intervention procedures with potentially suicidal, homicidal, or severely disabled patients. Where appropriate referrals will be made to consulting psychiatrists or inpatient psychiatric facilities to prevent further destabilization.
Interview collateral contacts, previous and current treatment professionals, and significant others, to further establish a database for assessment and ongoing treatment plan as needed.
Clarify priority problems, goals for change, and session limits according to agency policy to assist patients in developing appropriate expectations for treatment in relationship to the agency. Use a variety of psychotherapeutic treatment approaches and interventions to change targeted behaviors and stabilize adaptive behaviors with individuals, couples and families.
Manage the termination process and discharge planning to enhance patients' abilities to retain treatment changes and/or use other available support services.
May organize, plan and participate in therapy groups for patients and/or their families, as assigned
Patient Information System
Establish appropriate professional files, including: comprehensive assessments, progress notes, treatment objectives and plans, previous treatment records, patients' consent to current treatment and for exchange of information.
Complete required administrative forms. Collect necessary information for billing and fee collection.
Provide necessary patient information to other agencies or health care providers to coordinate services to identified patients.
May prepare necessary documents/reports for DCFS as needed.
Training Activities/Professional Growth
Supervisor and employee mutually identify professional goals that will enhance job related skills.
Participate in ongoing agency meetings, committees and special projects to enhance professional expertise.
Complete mandatory education requirements by specified deadlines.
Participate in required staff meetings and in-services to keep abreast of agency policy and administrative procedures, meet requirements for continuing education, and upgrade professional knowledge.
Consultation/Networking
Engage in appropriate team work functions (such as mutual support, clarification of office responsibilities and procedures) according to best professional judgment and agency policy to provide a professional working environment and effective service delivery.

International SOS is looking for qualified individuals to be Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Case Liaison for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members when they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local MTF, School Liaison Officer, and school district to ensure deliver of integrated EFMP services.
Provide non-medical case management for assigned EFMP families and document case notes in Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS).
Coordinate with agencies and other service support offices to include installation medical and recreational facilities, community service agencies and private organizations.
Develop and provide EFMP education and marketing, to include providing command briefings, writing articles and using multi-media publications/communication methods to conduct outreach and to stress the importance of EFMP enrollment.
Perform administrative functions associated with the training, education and outreach program plans. Collect, analyze, and maintain training, education and outreach materials, including: listings of services and resources, information on the command outreach concept and plan, reports, and surveys.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Educational qualifications are a bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, a combination of social science education and equivalent experience to a bachelor's degree, OR four years' equivalent experience. EFMP Case Liaisons must have demonstrated experience providing case management or advocacy services and experience working with special needs individuals or families.
Required Work Experience:
Demonstrated experience providing advocacy or case management services is required.
EFMP Case Liaisons shall possess a broad range of specialized work experience including working with family programs, military or civilian social service agencies, and/or is a military family member with full understanding of the military lifestyle.
Strong oral and written communication, assessment, data management, and advocacy skills are required.
Possess advocacy knowledge, skills, and abilities such as: working knowledge of state, federal, and local resources, as well as understanding, sensitivity, and empathy for sailors and family members from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic background.
Agree to operate within established guidelines of the Navy FFSP Program.

Drive the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Maintain updated OSHA and EPA required written programs and develop/conduct training as necessary.
Oversee the reporting and investigations of any potential injury, accident, and/or health and safety related issues.
Oversee the necessary environmental, health, and safety training to support and enhance the organization's safety culture.
Develop and deploy policies, procedures, programs to support best practices and identify best practices within the Reynolds system.
Provide communication and training to plant management, establish, and maintain communications, reporting, assessments, training programs, and guidance.
Work with the Corporate EHS departments and provide prioritized direction and technical expertise to the engineering organizations or contractors in implementing projects.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering or technical discipline or related field.
5+ years of progressive and related professional health and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.
Well-developed leadership and motivational skills with proven ability to influence and motivate others to quickly achieve results.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
Ability to travel (5%).
Must be team-oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake:
Certifications in Health & Safety.
MBA or Master's degree.
Environmental experience.
