Grounds Worker is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, and day-to-day operation of Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club. Job Description
This is a field-based role based in Jackson Hole, WY, that is responsible for the commercial growth and success of a portfolio of spirits brands within a pre-defined territory. Each territory will skew heavily to the on premise (approximately 80% of time) with the balance being prioritized to the off premise.
The role will be connected to the local sales network, and will work to build and leverage trade relationships while driving brand and educational opportunities with customers.
You will be directed by key performance indicators put in place against on and off premise goals and measured against those same outcomes: incremental on premise and off premise retail activity, incremental sales performance by on premise accounts and retail store and share gains versus the competitive set.
Key Deliverables:
You will be responsible for the commercial performance of Client's brands in a targeted set of on and off premise accounts. These accounts will be chosen for their strategic consumer and customer importance and will be organized into a journey plan. You will analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority selling, promotional, educational, experiential, and merchandising opportunities.
You will engage customers to plan, design, and execute activities that will support sales growth within their perspective channel. These activities will include but are not limited to:
Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data (volume, menu growth/share, activities) provided by agency and client
Drive brand presence, performance and advocacy in select on-premise accounts using strategic engagement activities and business-focused solutions
Spotting activation, store promotional, and display opportunities and proposing Client brands as the solution to customers - activating against those opportunities quickly & efficiently.
Install and maintain appropriate point-of-sale/ printed materials within accounts that are clean and current
Building impactful displays (in and out of section) to stop/engage and convert shoppers - leveraging Client approved and local compliant brand assets to drive physical availability and consistent brand messaging.
Planning, booking, and deploying in store and at bar consumer experiences - bottle engraving, gifting services, education events etc. In-line with an agreed national/regional or local plan
Routinely surveying outlets using specific photo capture software and submitting those surveys on time and in full.
Work with Master Educator to develop industry-forward educational content to share with on premise and off premise audiences
Impart brand history, production, taste profile, cocktail, and bar operations knowledge to clients, trade, and consumers
Maintain open communication with Client & Agency stakeholders and support resources
Collaborate closely with local Client stakeholders and sales partner to collaborate on goals and objectives and ensure proper product inventory and proactively manage OOS issues
Complete accurate and timely management of agency initiatives including:
Budget and expense management
All reporting responsibilities
Tracking and management of performance data using agency-appointed platforms
Participation in all internal training initiatives
Point of Sale, asset and warehouse management
Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines
You will be evaluated on your ability to positively impact Client portfolio brand performance in the stores that make up your journey plan.
This evaluation will be focused on:
Menu presence growth (exceeding goals) in on-premise accounts within territory
Delivery of program activities within the on-premise environment
Year on Year depletions (sales to) and sales out (to consumers/shoppers) as reported by depletion reporting and syndicated (NABCA) sales out data.
Share of category growth - are Client brands winning, losing share of their respective categories
High rate of added value across territory (going over and above with our client partnership in the field)
Year on Year promotional or featured activity - are Client brands gaining a share of in store activity as measured by ad track, numerator, or other reporting tools
High rate of positive feedback from attendees of education seminars

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $95,000.00-$105,000.00 annually. Salary Information: The salary range for Jackson, WY (JAC - Jackson Hole Airport) is $57,061 to $70,353 or $27.34 to $33.71 per hour and includes locality pay of 17.06%, and a retention incentive of 25% of adjusted pay that is unique to this duty location. The continuation of the incentive portion of this hourly rate is contingent upon annual approval and funding.
Sign-on Bonus: The Transportation Security Administration is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 for this location; paid out in two installments during the first 12 months of service. The amount of the airport's sign-on bonus is subject to change or elimination based on operational needs, however, any applicable sign-on bonus amount will be communicated and agreed upon during the final job offer process.
This Transportation Security Officer position is located in Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Officer (TSOs) within Security Operations (SO), you will provide security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional manner. Duties may include but are not limited to:
* Operating various screening equipment and technology to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers, and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft.
* Performing searches and screening, which may include physical interaction with passengers (e.g., pat-downs, search of property, etc.), conducting bag searches and lifting/carrying bags, bins, and property weighing up to 50lbs.
* Controlling terminal entry and exit points.
* Interacting with the public, giving directions and responding to inquiries.
* Maintaining focus and awareness while working in a stressful environment which includes noise from alarms, machinery and people, crowd distractions, time pressure, and disruptive and angry passengers, in order to preserve the professional ability to identify and locate potentially life threatening or mass destruction devices, and to make effective decisions in both crisis and routine situations.

Qualifications
To qualify for the SV-D pay band (equivalent to the GS-5/6), you must meet one of the qualification requirements (A OR B) outlined below:
A. Experience: At least one year of full-time work experience in the security Industry, aviation screening, or as an X-ray technician.
OR
B. Education: Have a high school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), High School Equivalency Test (HiSET), or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) high school equivalency certificate.
Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience. No additional credit is given for overtime.
National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees. Therefore, former Federal or Postal Service employees who are receiving a civilian retirement annuity may have their salary reduced by the amount of their pension, which could result in a biweekly net pay as low as zero dollars ($0.00) or a debt owed to the Federal Government.
TSO Dress and Appearance Responsibilities: TSOs must adhere to the current TSA dress and appearance requirements. For example, with the exception of half-inch diameter stud-style earrings, non-protruding ear gauges or spacers that match your skin and do not exceed one half-inch diameter, inconspicuous nose or tongue piercings that match your skin or tongue, body piercings may not be visible to the public. These requirements dictate if you have a tattoo that would be visible beyond the standard TSO uniform in areas such as the head and face including a partial tattoo that extends more than one inch beyond the upper neck or behind the ear, it could potentially render you ineligible for the position unless it was able to be covered at all times and not visible to the general public. Additionally, tattoos that are indecent, commonly associated with gangs, extremists, and/or supremacist organizations or that advocate sexual, racial, or religious discrimination, or have a negative impact on TSA's ability to carry out its mission must be covered at all times.
Work Schedules for Full-time Positions: Specific work shifts and schedules will be determined by the airport.
* Full-time positions require 40 hours per week;
* Full-time work consists of shift-work on any day from Sunday through Saturday, which may include irregular hours, nights, holidays, overtime, extended shifts and weekend shifts, changing shifts, and split shifts.
* A "split-shift" consists of any two work shifts, each lasting at least two (2) hours in one 24-hour period, with at least two (2) hours between work shifts.
Work Schedules for Part-time Positions: Specific work shifts and schedules will be determined by the airport.
* Part-time shifts generally range from 16-32 hours per week
* Part-time work consists of shift-work on any day from Sunday through Saturday, which may include irregular hours, nights, holidays, overtime, extended shifts and weekend shifts, changing shifts, and split shifts
* A "split-shift" consists of any two work shifts, each lasting at least two (2) hours in one 24-hour period, with at least two (2) hours between work shifts
Maintaining Employment: All TSOs must maintain the standard level of certification and fitness for duty, to include:
* Completing classroom training, on-the-job training, and all initial certification testing
* Recurrent and specialized training and recertification tests on a periodic basis
* Passing background investigations, including a criminal check and credit check, and all randomly administered drug and alcohol screening tests.
No moving, relocation or pre-employment travel expenses will be paid for this position, or while in application for this position. This position is not a law enforcement position and therefore, is not covered by Law Enforcement Availability Pay or Law Enforcement Retirement. The Job
The Showroom Manager is responsible for increasing showroom revenues by successfully interacting with potential and current customers inside and outside of the showroom, through personal interaction, email, l and over the phone.
