What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience.

* Provide administrative support by processing submittal packages, coordinating project closeout information, and assisting in research.
* Input licensure and continuing education information received from team members. Manage sponsorships, registrations, and professional organizations.
* Manage and work in Vantagepoint including: Data entry for client information, professional affiliations, employee information and local partner information.
* Answer and route incoming calls.
* Overall office management including but not limited to: Receiving and directing clients, organization planning and coordination, and supervision of office cleaning and upkeep.
* Process incoming/outgoing mail, invoices, checks, subscriptions, and express deliveries.
* Maintain and manage office equipment and resources (i.e. company vehicles, copiers, printers, etc.).
* Prepare your own timesheets and expense reports. Provide documentation to the cardholder for any office credit card expenses.
* Make preliminary collection calls, if requested by Accounting staff.

POSITION SCOPE
The Class B Water Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting water to the job sites to perform dust control during earthwork operations. Responsibilities:
Ensure the Receiving team is completing all freight and UPS Fed/Ex purchase orders based on priority on a daily basis if possible given the volume
Responsible for keeping the receiving assignment board up to date based on priority
Serve as the main point of contact for the accounting and buying teams for all purchase order related communications that involve prioritization and execution
Ensure that all team members are trained and understand all operational processes along with standard safety and organizational processes
Collaborate with the Inbound Manager and Inventory Control Lead to be on the same page with how and where material should be received
Track performance of each team member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with check-ins
Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the Receiving team in order to establish rapport and provide feedback
Immediately address all personnel and performance related incidents that arise
Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Inbound Manager to support the growth
Execute all projects assigned by the Inbound Manager
All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace

Peckhams Graduate Leadership Development Program is a two-year curriculum designed to rotate every 6-8 months in each major functional track of Materials Management.
