POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operator to join our Grain Operations team. The Operator will be responsible for assisting with the grain elevator operations and ensuring all trucks and trains are properly loaded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing processes and operating machinery and equipment as required, including loading and unloading trucks and railcars as well as other grain handling such as filling or reclaiming ground piles, transferring and blending. Ability to operate bobcats, loaders and tractors.
Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repair work.
Monitoring equipment, operating control systems, processing samples, and utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary.
Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment.

The Process Operations Intern will join our dynamic Production team and play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations. This entry-level position will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corn ethanol industry leader, with facilities in Aberdeen, Huron, Mina and Watertown, SD.
As a Process Operations Intern, you will learn the basic process operations of an ethanol production facility. Including fermentation science and yeast propagation, lab equipment, HPLC's, centrifuges, forklift operation, corn oil production, solids separation, distillation theory, operation and adjustment.
Job Description
Monitor process operations. Collect and test samples of all process streams, including corn milling, fermentation, corn oil production, syrup, wet and dry distillers, grain etc. Log, report and respond to collected data for qualify control and system adjustment/optimization. Follow SOP's as well as safety protocols required for safe plant operations.
Process Operations Intern Responsibilities
Assist with general process and plant operations.
Assist operators with routine sampling and quality control.
Assist operators in routine cleaning of plant process equipment.
Monitor plant systems through PLC's, DCS's and HMI's.

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking Area Sales Managers to join our Central Region and West Region Teams in the Redfield, Tulare, Wolsey, Huron, Carpenter, Miller, Ipswich, Bowdle, Herreid, McLaughlin, and Faulkton South Dakota areas. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for mentoring and leading a team of Sales Agronomists within the assigned area, under the supervision of the VP of Agronomy Sales. In addition to overseeing the team, the Area Sales Manager will actively participate in selling the cooperative's products and services. This position will collaborate closely with the VP of Agronomy Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Operations team to ensure alignment with overall goals while contributing to direct sales efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct sales calls to promote and coordinate the profitable sale of crop nutrients, seed, crop protection, precision ag, and services as well as other products offered to satisfy customer needs.
Build relationships and establish trust with new and current customers to understand their needs and develop a business plan by customer that demonstrates the best crop production practices to maximize yield.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs to enhance efficiency and profitability for the cooperative and our customers, while building and directing initiatives for the area team.
Establish sales goals and budgets in conjunction with the VP of Agronomy Sales and Regional Sales Manager for crop nutrients, seed, crop protection, precision ag as well as other products and services that are sold by the sales agronomists.
Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards through coaching, feedback, goal setting, communicating and maintaining fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
Provide leadership in managing team performance, including setting measurable goals, tracking metrics, and holding employees accountable.
Assist with sales and marketing training for Sales Agronomists in the use of crop nutrients, seed, crop protections products and other products and services.
Assist Sales Agronomists and Location Managers in maximizing producer and location profitability.
Utilizes available data systems for reporting and monitoring sales progress.
Adheres to all safety regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures, including OSHA regulations, the Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program, and DOT regulations.
