The Behavior Integrity Operations team within Integrity and Support Operations focuses on reducing adversarial behavior on Meta Products at scale. In this role, you will conduct technical network investigations to identify, mitigate, and prevent bad actors from abusing the platform. You will investigate holistic networks of abuse to understand and deter adversaries, and then scale solutions that precisely mitigate harm and earn trust with our audiences. You will have the opportunity to influence operations, product, and policy decisions using insights uncovered through data analysis, develop investment strategies to optimize outcomes, and scale solutions to protect Meta users from harm.

Position Summary:
The CDV Investigator II role will be responsible for supporting and managing the investigation of consumer complaints either directly or the credit reporting agencies claims of fraud tied to the initiation of the account. This position will work in conjunction with the affiliate and external agencies tasked with the investigations of fraud and billing error dispute claims. The investigator must review claims of fraud by consumers against account activity, and reporting any other information that would pertain to the investigation and the initiation of credit. The investigator II role also supports the implementation of updated processes and procedures and facilitates testing of process and system implementation.
This position will report to the CDV Operations Team Leaders.
Essential Functions:
Researches complex and escalated disputes that require a higher level of understand and detail through channels such as e-OSCAR (ACDV and AUD) and written disputes received directly from consumers within established timeframes for all products issued by the Bank.
Subject Matter Expert in detection, investigation, and prevention of synthetic, identity, and new account application fraud.
Provides recommendations supported by data in the implementation of new fraud alerts and controls.
Analyzes data and recommends process improvements to prevent and mitigate fraud.
Handles and manages disputes associated with complaints and provides root cause analysis on prior reviews through eOSCAR or those made directly to the bank in response to the complaints.
Executes and assists in the creation of department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy with the work case investigations while still maintain personal productivity.

Medical Requirements for the GS-1811 Series:
The duties of positions in this series require moderate to arduous physical exertion involving walking and standing, use of firearms, and exposure to inclement weather. Manual dexterity with comparatively free motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, and knee joints is required. The Division, Department and University have vibrant, collaborative research communities spanning the translational spectrum. Current areas of research in the division include, but are not limited to, basic, translational, and clinical research in the areas of chronic kidney disease, genetics, dialysis, vascular access, molecular physiology, hypertension, and health equity. A new Cardio-Renal & Metabolism Center, under the direction of Nephrology and Cardiovascular Medicine faculty, was inaugurated in 2024. What you'll do
As a Senior Consultant within the Multistate Tax Services group, you will be a valuable member on tax engagements and provide state tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base in various industry sectors. The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Epidemiology, at the University of Utah is seeking a faculty member to carry out addiction-related research and to promote and facilitate collaborative studies of addiction health services or addiction intervention-related research. Population sciences and cancer control are the primary areas of focus. Qualified candidates at the Assistant Professor level should have a track record of innovative research and peer-reviewed publications of impact in the areas of cell therapy, cancer genetics, epigenetics, tumor modeling and/or experimental therapeutics. Qualified candidates who additionally have an extensive track record, and an established history of extramural funding will be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator. The Surveillance Investigator will perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of a Claimant to confirm current activities and capabilities to assist with the administration of an Insurance claim.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across a range of coverage types, including workers' compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability
* Utilize various surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly
* Document and report observations, activities, and any relevant information in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborate with other investigators and law enforcement agencies as needed to gather information and coordinate efforts
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards in conducting surveillance operations
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Post offer, must be able to successfully complete the Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation course
* Prior educational or professional exposure to witness interviews or video monitoring
* Prior educational or professional incident reporting and/or investigations experience
* Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours/days including weekends and holidays
* Ability to type reports in Microsoft Word format with minimal grammatical and punctuation errors
* Proficient in utilizing laptop computers, video cameras and cell phones
* Capable of maintaining focus and multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations with composure and professionalism
