San Pasqual Fiduciary Trust Company is the only California and Nevada-based trust company dedicated to providing trustee-only services. We do not sell investment products, which enables us to provide our clients with truly impartial fiduciary service. We devote our skills, expertise, and resources to trust administration and management. We are a small but growing firm located in Downtown Los Angeles, California and Reno, Nevada.
We are seeking candidates to participate in our 6-week Summer Associate Program. During the program, Summer Associates will assist our teams in their trust administration duties while learning the basic principles of trust administration and how we interface with industry-professionals in the legal, accounting, real estate, and investment management professions. Successful Summer Associates may receive offers to join San Pasqual as full-time employees upon graduation.
Please note that this is an in-person position, and you will be expected to report to the Los Angeles office on a regular basis for the duration of the program.
The program will run from June 23, 2025 through August 1, 2025. Summer Associates will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week. Applicants will be evaluated on a rolling basis, with an interview and offer period for early applicants, and then a final deadline and interview process.
Early Applicants: Applications received by January 10th, 2025, will be considered early. Applicants from the early application pool selected for in-person interviews will be notified on January 17th, 2025, and those interviews will take place on January 31st, 2025. Successful candidates will receive an offer by February 7th, 2025.
Regular Applicants: The final application deadline is April 11th, 2025. Applicants selected for in-person interviews will be notified on April 18th, 2025, and in-person interviews will take place on April 25th, 2025. Successful candidates selected from our final in-person interview will be notified of our final offer decision by May 2, 2025.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We're seeking a highly engaged, social-obsessed intern to join our marketing team. The Community Management Intern will connect with our brand fans on Social, managing inbounds, tracking feedback and finding ways to celebrate our customers both on and offline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for communications across our multicultural US and Latin America social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Actively engage with our audience on social media by liking, commenting and responding to messages

Coordinate fan outreach and mailers out of our DTLA office

QUALIFICATIONS
