Key Areas of Responsibility: 80% of time - Customer Support: help customers from our website, primarily via phone, but also through email and live chat regarding their online orders, product information, returns, product warranty, etc. 10% - Influencer Marketing: communicate with influencers and coordinate product samples, identify, and recruit new influencers, etc. 5% - Product Samples: support handling and organizing the product samples for in-house and in-location photo shoots. 5% - Assistance during in-house photo shoots: support the team during in-house photo shoots. You are: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or At least 1+ year of cumulative internship experience in a similar role using customer service platforms. Independent but reliable when it comes to hitting deadlines and juggling multiple projects. Extremely organized and self-motivated to complete assigned tasks, anticipate next steps without direction, evaluate blind spots and exceed expectations. Strong soft skills such as patience, active listening, empathy, and positive attitude. This is an in-office role in our New York Office, maximum 29 hours per week. $20 per hour.
