Ideal candidates will have: Educational Foundation: Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Mining/Materials Science Engineering or related field with at least junior year standing. Academic Performance: A GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communication Skills: Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Technical Proficiency: Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry are preferred.
