JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: This twelve week internship is located at the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens in Overland Park, Kansas. Role The Financial Intelligence Unit Intern will assist the department with special projects related to compliance with Fraud, Adult Abuse, and Red Flags of Identity Theft. The intern will assist with analyzing information and data to develop strategies to mitigate fraud risks, and assist with alerts and investigations related to fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilize a variety of software platforms and assist with monitoring alerts for unconventional customer behavior to identify red flags indicative of fraud.
