Job Description: Manage the effective daily operation of a single project or multiple projects by providing technical and informational support to the project team. Manage and update all Contract Drawings and Specifications with Architect Supplemental Information to ensure field operations has the most current set of documents. Prepare all meeting agendas, record and distribute all meeting minutes to the Project Team. Collaborate with Project Team in Preconstruction activities regarding project planning and design; interpretation of design, application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability revies, bidding processes, subcontractor solicitations and post bid scope reviews.
