MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting to customers at the service counter on a variety of computers, computer-related equipment and other retail products sold in the store
Recommend various service solutions including, but not limited to, data backups, anti-virus, extended warranties, and support subscriptions
Identify, diagnose, and document hardware failure(s) or software problems on a variety of electronic devices including, but not limited to, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, TVs, and monitors
Assemble custom computers sold by our expert build-your-own (BYO) sales team
Understand and utilize technical manuals and support resources while maintaining appropriate technical certifications and vendor certifications, while keeping up to date on retail products and current technologies
Maintain a cash till, handle customer transactions, and maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area is maintained and inventory is accurately tracked

Salary Information:

Job Summary
Mosquito Hunters Technicians are trained experts who apply mosquito control products to our clients' landscaping, participate in marketing initiatives, and provide a remarkable client experience.
You will be trained in all aspects of applying Mosquito Hunter's exceptional mosquito barrier treatment. Our services include performing property surveys, identifying mosquito types, how to treat standing water, applying larvicide, and the use of other appropriate techniques that aide in the control of mosquitos.
You will also participate in activities designed to help grow the business through specialized marketing techniques such as requesting reviews of your/our service from our customers, placing lawn signs, putting out doorhangers on neighboring properties near each job site, performing park and waves with our mascot Gunther or attending special community events as needed.
Responsibilities
Participate in community events and other marketing opportunities, such as park-n-wave, ground game, and requesting 5 star google reviews
Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and meet state requirements.
Works in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, EPA labeling, and OHSA policies and procedures
Maintain and utilize required safety equipment (PPE) when performing duties
Use equipment that includes sprayers and backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain.
Respond to basic customer inquiries and requests and notifies owner(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution.
Use excellent communication skills.
Serve as a problem solver for our customers by inspecting for mosquito breeding points and utilizing the training provided to give our customers a mosquito free environment
Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours
Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate vehicle safely and legally.
Represent the company and maintain a high level of customer service
Drive to each clients' home or business
Survey each yard for mosquito habitats and breeding grounds
Reduce or apply larvicide to standing water on the property
Apply control products to the surrounding foliage using a 60 lb backpack sprayer
Make recommendations, as necessary, to each client
Assist with marketing efforts like distributing door hangers or lawn signs

Maintain excellent oral and written communication with Clinicians and through the EHR as it relates to the status of prior authorizations and all required 340B documentation.

Complete, validate and document completed audits related to 340B program compliance.
Ensure compliance with HOFH 340B policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain excellent relations with individuals, committees, and other stakeholders in the 340B program.
Assists with ensuring HRSA requirements for the program are met.
Continuously works to improve the 340B program performance through surveillance and program optimizations.
Responsible for immediate communication and escalation of 340B compliance related issues or operational gaps.
Creates and maintains reports of 340B program metrics as established by the organization.
