TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH 🎯
Fabricate, install and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings per work order or customer request.
Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
Adhere to General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions).
Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures.
Participate in 5-S activities.
Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
Assist with additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance within the facility during slow periods of unplanned work as needed.
Clean aircraft as required.
Travel on international assignments if required.

You typically have 2 years interiors experience (i.e. previous wood finish and soft goods experience (Aircraft.)
You demonstrate the ability to break down cabinets remove hardware, inlay etc.
You demonstrate ability to strip finish utilizing heat and scraper.
You have experience with sanding and prepping raw veneer and hardwood for finish including touching up defects in veneer.
You can mix match and apply stains and paints on new veneers.
You have knowledge on spraying polyester base coats and urethane topcoats.
You have experience with Aircraft touch up.
You demonstrate the ability to mask and unmask components for finish process.
You demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
You demonstrate the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
You have experience on corporate jets (preferred).

PRE-DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Participate in the selection process of interior design firms for each project in the portfolio with the Project Team
Collaborate with the Development Managers to create a project brief to be sent to interior design firms for the solicitation of a proposal
Negotiate Interior Design contracts for our projects with DM's/PM's and Architect of Record to ensure within approved project scope and budget
Research and educate the team on industry changes, evolutions, and best practices for interior design based on product type
Expand knowledge of current design trends, and innovative techniques, and materials and make recommendations
Study comparable projects and provide insight/feedback to Project Team on what the competition is offering and delivering on various projects

Work with the Development Managers and Project Managers to manage the schedule and deliverables of our third-party interior design firms and ensure they adhere to the overall project schedule
Work with Project Managers during material selection, and project buyout to ensure that the quality of the product that we are getting is representative of the quality that we are representing and marketing and sales
Hold interior design firms accountable to deliverable dates and work with internal teams to secure approvals throughout the entire design process
Participate in all Interior Designer progress set presentations and collect/provide all comments/feedback to firm from internal and external project stakeholders
Coordinate with Marketing Department, Interior Designer, Project Manager and Renderers to ensure that all approved material selections are accurately depicted in the finished renderings
SALES GALLERY DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
Work with the project interior design firms to confirm requirements for each Sales Gallery, and manage their schedule to deliver a concept for our sales galleries.
Help coordinate the Audio-Visual and Technology requirements for each sales gallery with vendor, Project Managers and Sales Team to ensure that all needs of the team are met
Work with Project Managers to supervise the quality of the interior product being created by our General Contractor and Subcontractors to ensure it complies with our standards
Manage the fulfillment with purchasing companies (and in some cases assist with the purchasing) to assure that all FF&E for the sales galleries gets purchased in time to meet the scheduled delivery date
Manage the installation of all FF&E prior to opening of sales galleries

STAGING FULFILLMENT

Present a proposal for staging requirements for each space
MODEL RESIDENCES
Manage the fulfillment for all condominium and multi-family model residences across all projects
Make a recommendation for each Unique project on the direction we should take for each model residence, whether that be partnering with a furniture brand or fulfilling internally
Prepare budgets for approval and manage budget throughout entire process
Coordinate and manage the fulfillment and installation of all model residences
Work with marketing to capture photography of all model residences to use for sales initiatives
MANAGING ART CURATORS
Manage the selection and purchase of art for our sales galleries and model residences, as well as final art selections in the buildings
Assist the Project Manager in the execution of any public art requirements for our projects
Coordinate with interior designers and Art buyers on all artwork for our buildings
QUALITY CONTROL
Coordinate with Project Manager to perform periodic site visits with Project Team throughout the project life cycle ensure that we are getting the best quality product delivered and installed at our projects.

Qualifications

They are looking for a HVAC / Mechanical Designer who is a Professional Engineer that will be predominantly office based and liaise with clients as they put together and design the building's systems (electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing & fire) in order to get a building permit.
My client have recently signed two large government projects delivering public projects across Broward & Miami-Dade and urgently require a Mechanical HVAC Designer that ideally has their PE license to lead a lot of the design work for these projects. Interviews are available ASAP, with a start date needed prior to 1st April 2025.
You will ideally possess your PE/EIT license and have strong experience in commercial and residential building HVAC design and equipment selection. As well as expert knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. In the role you would be working closely with the clients, managing the MEP projects, overseeing the design working with the Architect then working with the team coordinating Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing work along with some QA/QC.
You will use your background in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design and R&D to manage and deliver a range of projects working successful with the company President. This is predominantly an office-based role (90%) with very occasional travel from time to time to client sites. It would also be 4-5 days a week in the Delray Beach office so ideally applicants will be based locally.

This is a full-time on-site Architectural Designer role located at our offices on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for tasks related to phases ranging from Conceptual Design to Construction Drawings and Construction Administration. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

JOB OVERVIEW
The Architectural Designer at CUBE 3 must be able to independently generate relevant, innovative and creative design concepts for a wide range of project types including Site and Master Planning, Large scale Housing and Student Housing, Hospitality and Entertainment / Resort, and Corporate Office. We are looking for passionate, engaged designers that are willing and able to share their energy and creativity with all of our team members.
Responsibilities include working directly with firm Partners and leadership to collaborate on Concept Design, as well as working broadly to assist Individual Studio Leaders with ongoing design efforts in their studios. Represent FGMA in meetings and industry events, helping to grow professional networks
Qualifications & Skills
0-5 years of experience in an architectural firm
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
Proficiency in Revit Architecture (experience in preliminary design and construction documentation)
Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software
Strong conceptual design skills with an ability to communicate ideas visually
Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills
LEED accreditation (preferred)
Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure (preferred)
