The Opportunity:
The Portfolio Counselor is a lucrative professional-level role within our Private Client Group (PCG), where you serve as the short-term point of contact for our high-net-worth clients. The Day-to-Day:
Portfolio Counselors responsibilities include:
Partner with Fisher's sales professionals to onboard new clients who have expressed a desire to hire Fisher Investments
Help bring in new assets through client referrals
Educate clients on Fisher's investment philosophy and what it means to work with Fisher Investments
Align our portfolio strategy with clients' goals
Oversee clients onboarding process, including transfer of assets
Collaborate with several teams to provide unparalleled service
Introduce clients to their long-term relationship manager
Your Qualifications:
3+ years experience working in financial services
Hold Series 65 license or required upon hire
Understanding of capital markets and investment products
Manage complexity in a high volume environment

The Hight Net Worth Case Manager will be responsible for fielding high-net worth opportunities from outside advisors broadly, and serving as a project manager during the sales process with the prospective client and their advisor. The Case Manager will liaise between the advisor and their respective client, and the multiple groups within Cetera that could help facilitate the onboarding of the prospect into the Cetera ecosystem. This is a hybrid role, 2 days weekly in office. Candidates must be located near an office hub.
Responsibilities:
Liaise between advisors and high-net worth solutions team to project manage incoming opportunities
Communicate with advisors to understand the nature of the opportunity, and the products/services likely needed by the prospective client
Inform high-net worth solutions team as to the opportunities' status, and action plan
Perform periodic outreach to Growth Managers to see if there are high-net worth opportunities to pursue
Assist high-net worth team in creating presentation materials for individual prospects
Create high-net worth Solutions marketing collateral to inform Advisors and Growth teams
Maintain high-net worth pipeline report to monitor progress against high-net worth goals and objectives
Tag-team with Head of HNW Solutions to increase the visibility and reach of the high-net worth solutions team across Cetera broadly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 3-5 years related experience with high-net worth clients, financial services, estate planning, or trust Able to serve in a project management capacity, ensuring seamless coordination between relevant parties
Excellent people skills, with an accommodative and user-friendly attitude towards serving the needs of others
Detail-oriented, and able to think ahead with respect to possible needs of the client
Able to run a tight process with no lapses in coordination or scheduling

Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $110,0000 - $130,0000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.

DESCRIPTION
Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS). The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) and the mission and values of CCS. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clinical services to children, adults and families. This would include but is not limited to screening, assessment, individual and group therapy, consultation, and all other allowed clinical services.
Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with agency employees and relevant agency contractors. Act as a liaison between clients and other agencies. Act as a client advocate when appropriate.
Actively participate in group and individual supervision sessions.
Work with other staff and community representatives to initiate new programs, reviews, evaluates and revises existing programs as necessary.
Perform joint case planning and coordination in areas of behavioral health with other community agencies including but not limited to: schools, group homes, police organizations, district attorney's offices, courts, community clinics and hospitals and other agencies in the Department of Human Services.
Provide behavioral health and addiction education, prevention and information to various interest groups.
Assist other clinicians in the facilitation of groups as requested.
Provide after hours emergency services on a 24 hour, rotating basis to adults and children. This includes telephone consultation and crisis intervention in the community.
Initiate holds, provide civil commitment investigations, and work with the hospitals, case workers and the state and other individuals/agencies for all individuals in the civil commitment process.
Complete all paperwork in a way that is professional, clinically sound and timely as prescribed by the OAR's and other pertinent guidelines. Required to ensure that all paperwork is present, and/or the client record is well maintained.
Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. as directed by administration and use the information gathered to benefit the agency and the customers.
Provide intensive children's treatment services.
Utilize agency software/computer systems to prepare current client records of treatment and reports as necessary and required.
Transport clients as required
Administer forms for urinalysis testing (UA's), provide accurate information on the UA's to clients, in some cases observes the UA, and record all pertinent information.

Duties & Responsibilities
To develop, implement and optimize a comprehensive global IP strategy for Diodes
Build, manage and expand patent portfolios that provide value and protect R&D innovations
Establish and maintain IP governance
Protect and defend Diodes' IP, anticipate IP disputes, advise on risk mitigation and manage litigation when necessary
Advise product and R&D teams on patentability, freedom-to-operate, IP risks and other IP matters
Manage filing programs, patent preparation and prosecution conducted by outside counsel.
Manage in-house patent team in Asia and the US.
Coordinate between product teams and R&D teams to foster invention capture, align scope of pending and issued patent applications with current and future product roadmaps.
Regularly review full IP docket and conduct landscaping and clearance assessments with paralegal and/or docketing service.
Perform third-party monitoring, competitor analysis, potential conflicts and support due diligence
Conduct or manage prior art searches.
Support Patent Review Committee / Portfolio Review, invention harvesting, and IP risk assessment meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
Conduct or manage special IP projects.
Research, analyze, and provide guidance on a variety of patent and IP-related issues.
Counsel inventors/employees on IP-related inquiries and documentation development.

Provide and ensure that competent, safe quality and professional care is provided to the clients of this facility in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as may be directed by your Supervisor and/or Program Director to ensure that the highest standard of quality care is maintained at all times.
Effectively performs those services that respond to the substance users' needs during a time of acute emotional or physical distress.
Appropriately and professionally determines the client's eligibility for admission and Level of Service in our program.
Conducts initial assessment procedures for admission to the program in a timely and professional manner.
Describes in a language and in terms that a client understands: 1) The general nature of the program, 2) the rules governing the client's conduct and infractions that can lead to disciplinary action or discharge, 3) Client Rights and Confidentiality, and 4) any costs to be borne by the client.
Conducts client assessments in a professional manner by which strengths, problems and needs of the client are identified for development of the Master Treatment Plan.
