Ensure continued professional growth and competence of RBTs and other team members through weekly supervision meetings, observation, and written feedback. Ensure that supervision hours for RBTs meet BACB requirements. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and caregivers, offering support and training throughout the course of treatment. Meet regularly with families to review client progress and collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans. Maintain proper safety protocols, including social distancing and hygiene practices (PPE provided). Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree or higher. Licensed in the state of Missouri. Current certification in ABA. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Experience working with children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in pediatric therapy. Valid driver's license with proof of insurance. Strong team collaboration skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to ethical practices. Passion for working with children in a professional and compassionate manner. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.
