    Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled Defective Parts Agent LG Electronics based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for calling DMST (technicians) requesting defective parts to be sent back to LG Huntsville. Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Full Time in-office position. No remote work. Defective Parts Agent Duties and Responsibilities: • Calling DMST (technicians) before service, requesting defective parts. • Calling DMST after service, confirming if they have defective parts to be sent back to LG Huntsville. • Calling ASC (vendor company) if they have defective parts. • Assisting the engineer with research calls. • Updating Master File with all work and part status for the day. • Checking the warehouse for defective parts returned. • Check the warehouse for returned units. • Updating files about parts and units returned. • Other duties as assigned. Defective Parts Agent Qualifications and Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Quality experience or related field. • Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.
