The Agent will provide an email regarding the investigation findings, any statements obtained and submit these to the Little Rock office Senior Management team. They will ensure the local agency supervisor, Chief or Sheriff have been made aware of the allegations within their agency.

When these sources are unable to resolve the problem, the agent might need to go to the agency location in order to work with agency staff members to resolve that the issue is not on ACIC's end. The Field Agent must be knowledgeable regarding all of the services that ACIC provides. They will answer as many questions as possibly but must also know what additional resources are available when providing guidance.
