PREP expects to serve approximately 160 students during the 2025 summer.. It will operate from Tuesday, June 17th to Wednesday, July 23rd. There will be no school on July 4th. The program will include coursework, team projects, class presentations, field trips, special events and examinations. LOCATION: Jordan Applied Technical Center (JATC) 9301 S. Wights Fort Rd., West Jordan, UT EMPLOYMENT DATES: June 17th - July 23rd, 2025 SALARY: MISC J ($44.59/Hour) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Instructors will formally teach up to three 70-minute classes each day Monday through Thursday with a formal break . Attend a meeting with administration and teaching assistants prior to the first day. Formulate lesson plans from a set of PREP curriculum and in accordance with PREP objectives and philosophy. Teach up to 3 classes each day for 4 days a week. Administer quizzes, tests, final examinations and other instruments based on PREP-USA curricula. Prior experience working with adolescents (preferred). KNOWLEDGE: Teaching experience in STEM and background with STEM Fair project creation.
