Ambulatory Care and Academia Fellowship with Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Glendale Campus Job Description: This is a 1-year fellowship in ambulatory care and academia with Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Glendale Campus (MWU-CPG) in collaboration with Banner Ambulatory Care Services and Cardiac Solutions. The purpose of the fellowship program is to develop competence and expertise so that the individual can function independently as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist and academician. ATSU-ASDOH established DFLRP to secure and retain a dental faculty workforce dedicated to ASDOH's mission of educating compassionate, community-minded oral health providers. ASDOH's DFLRP is funded through a grant (Federal Award Identification Number D8743533) from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The eligibility details, application procedures, selection criteria, among other information, will be provided upon request. Determination of eligibility and awarding of funds is through a competitive application and selection process and is not guaranteed.
