The Sheet Metal Installer III & Foreman is responsible for planning new HVAC duct installations at construction sites and contributing knowledge to the submittal process. This role is responsible for quality installations, inspecting the work of others, and able to apply expertise to solve complex problems. This position partners with Project Managers, other departments, and Foremen to ensure successful project completion. The individual may lead a small team as part of a large company project and/or may act as the primary lead for Sheet Metal for small, short-term project. The Installation Technician II is someone with mechanical aptitude who has experience installing heating & cooling systems and who will fill a supervisory role, guiding installation of the system.
