The successful candidate for Fenestration Installation Technician (FIT) will be a self-motivated team member of their technical staff and will report directly to the Vice President. This Technician shall be the principle technical support for clients located throughout the Western United States. The Technician will be responsible for reviewing client's technical requirements to include architectural schematics, performance specifications, as well as performing job site evaluations and take-off measurements, as needed, so to present the best technical solution for the client. The technician will review all orders for technical sales confirmations and support engineering releases for orders to be processed by the factory. The Technician shall support incoming inspection of fenestration products delivered to the Henderson, NV, warehouse, and/or job site. The Technician will also support installation of fenestration installations, as needed.
A professional salary base is provided along with a business mobile phone, computer laptop, and company credit card for approved expenses. This position includes compensation for health and retirement benefits. Overnight travel will be required from time to time.

In this position, the PV Installer will provide support to the crew lead of the installation team, communicate job status data to operations and ensure the completion of the solar installation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pulling inventory for each installation job.
Pre-assemble job components in the warehouse.
Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware.
Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment in accordance with codes and standards.
Perform routine photovoltaic (PV) system maintenance on modules, arrays, batteries, power conditioning equipment, safety systems, structural systems, weather sealing, or balance of systems equipment.
Activate photovoltaic (PV) systems to verify system functionality and conformity to performance expectations.
Apply weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.
Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with photovoltaic (PV) installations.
Document completion of completed installation.
Cleanup of job site.
Attending mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.
Additional duties required as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of solar experience/construction required.
Roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred.
Customer service skills required.
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required.
Must have a valid state driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:

* Installs phones, kiosk, video terminals, WAP's, tablets and other required equipment within correctional facilities across the country
* Manages and maintains assigned company inventories and assets (tool, vehicle, parts inventory, laptop etc.)
* Interfaces with many internal Securus organizations, various vendors and contractors for problem solutions
* Travel to remote sites nationwide for extended periods of time to do installs, and submits expense reports for reimbursement per policy
* Rely on experienced associates to help plan and accomplish assigned tasks / goals

Job Purpose:
Installs all Company products, features, and equipment including but not limited to: phones, kiosks, WAPs, tablets, and video terminals. Maintains, repairs, troubleshoots, and operates telecommunications hardware, associated LAN/WAN/Networking hardware/software, and various electronic equipment and ensures correctional facilities are installed to the applicable codes and standards both industry and Securus. Travels from location to location nationwide for installations that may require long-term travel, and to resolve complex issues as stated above.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
* Assists with Installs and programs telecommunications hardware, associated LAN/WAN/networking hardware/software, various electronic equipment and wiring per specifications, codes, standards, and operational procedures in correctional facilities
* Installs phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAP's, tablets, and other required equipment within correctional facilities across the country
* Manages and maintains assigned company inventories and assets (tool, vehicle, parts inventory, laptop, etc.)
* Interfaces with many internal Securus organizations, various vendors, and contractors for problem solutions
* Travel to remote sites nationwide for extended periods of time to do installs, and submits expense reports for reimbursement per policy
* Rely on experienced associates to help plan and accomplish assigned tasks/goals
