Follow ups on customer open items regarding field issues, technical phone calls or open items
When not assign to field work, Installation Service will engage customers, update technical data, provide technical phone support and work on issue resolution as well as the following:
Participate in pre-shipment machine, accessory or repairs checkout review, this may include meetings prior to machine, accessory, or repairs moving to testing
Complete checkout of Triangle machine, accessory or repairs per Sales orders and customer specifications; these may include vendors equipment
Mount, assemble, setup and troubleshoot OEM Equipment
Manage machine punch list by listing all open task and prioritize based on checkout needs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, pneumatic and software components to resolve issues during checkout
Provide status report of known issues associated with machine, accessory or repairs checkout to management
Ensure machine, accessory, or repairs meet quality standards in material finish, specifications, and operation
Exercising leadership and ownership in an active approach to machine, accessory, or repairs checkout, and during customer FAT
Prep machine, accessory, or repairs for shipment
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications

Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Urban Farming Coordinator, the installation team members facilitate the implementation of urban agriculture projects in their region.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Horticultural Management:
Transport materials and plants to production zones.
Open garden spaces with the MicroHabitat team during the installation period.
Ensure cleanliness is maintained during installations.
Perform related tasks like watering, tomato plant trellising, installing support systems, and irrigation systems.
Representation and Administration:
Represent the company as part of the installation team.
