As an Installation and Service, you will be responsible for assisting customers install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot their equipment. You will be responsible for instructing the customer in equipment usage, best practice for maintaining and operating the equipment as well as proper sanitation procedures. As an Installation and Service, you will need to be detail oriented, provide requires documentation and follow company guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities for this position include establishing and maintaining industry and company technical knowledge, working with Regional Sales and Sales engineering staff as well as cross functional teams to evaluating onsite issues and provide recommended course or action to solve technical challenges
Manage on site installation, repair, maintenance, and tasks associated with each dispatch
Troubleshoot technical problems and determine and implement proper solution
Provide training and technical support to customers
Provides troubleshooting support via phone, onsite and by remotely connecting to customers equipment
Reviews customer reported errors at time of dispatch and directly contact customer for further evaluation of the dispatch as well as needs assessment before traveling to site
Exercising leadership and ownership in an active approach to excellent customer service, preventative maintenance, and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Documents and reports in a timely and detail manner all dispatches
Follow ups on customer open items regarding field issues, technical phone calls or open items
When not assign to field work, Installation Service will engage customers, update technical data, provide technical phone support and work on issue resolution as well as the following:
Participate in pre-shipment machine, accessory or repairs checkout review, this may include meetings prior to machine, accessory, or repairs moving to testing
Complete checkout of Triangle machine, accessory or repairs per Sales orders and customer specifications; these may include vendors equipment
Mount, assemble, setup and troubleshoot OEM Equipment
Manage machine punch list by listing all open task and prioritize based on checkout needs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, pneumatic and software components to resolve issues during checkout
Provide status report of known issues associated with machine, accessory or repairs checkout to management
Ensure machine, accessory, or repairs meet quality standards in material finish, specifications, and operation
Exercising leadership and ownership in an active approach to machine, accessory, or repairs checkout, and during customer FAT
Prep machine, accessory, or repairs for shipment
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Build positive relationships with customers

Travel may be required 80% annually, including field and training, may travel on and work on weekends.
Qualifications
Independent individual with excellent work ethics that is self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to self-manage its own schedule and tasks while maintaining a high standard quality of work
Three to five years of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Technician or similar experience.
Ability to travel across the country by driving and flying
Ability to work safely in low voltage (24V) and high voltage electrical environments (120V-480V).
Ability to work safely with automated equipment such as Vertical Form fill and Seal, Combination weighers and cartoners.
Possess an established troubleshooting process that includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software troubleshooting experience
