Contract Description Our company is seeking talented and experienced Carpet Subcontracting Flooring Installers who enjoy the freedom of being their own boss. We provide the jobs, the subcontractor must manage their crews to perform assigned flooring projects and be able to successfully pass a background check. Our company pays competitive rates, will schedule all installs, and weekly direct deposit of payments. The Projects Installer will join the Guardian team in an apprentice-style capacity in order to learn the business.
