Prepare completed units for shipment by installing or applying nameplates, lettering, or other markings as required.
Perform layout or fit-up inspection when requested.
Perform hardness tests and visual inspection
Perform bundle inspections such as, but not limited to, skeletal assembly, in-process, and final, before tube loading, and insertion into the shell.
Perform non-code NDE testing using acceptable procedures and standards.
Set up and perform assignments based on shop practices and procedures.
Prepare the QC data file for each job after completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Use prints to perform dimensional checks of completed parts and/or units.
Perform inspections on all completed parts and components, applying appropriate tag
Inspect for and verify the heat lot number as material is brought into production.
Oversee/schedule all NDE operations.
Track RT / UT jobs for the shop.
Order and maintain NDE supplies as needed.
Attend morning and evening production meetings.
Coordinate QC from morning meetings and roll-over for night shift.
Interact with the source Inspector as needed.
Generate inspection reports for repair jobs.
Inspect using gauges, coordinate measuring machine, scales, oscilloscope, and vision prior to shipment.
Requirements
Requirements: The candidate will be detail-focused, possess a strong work ethic, and, as needed, support a variety of facility projects. The candidate will be expected to work a rotating schedule, and evening callouts may also be required from time to time.
Skills: Strong comprehension and utility with English language, blueprint reading, ability to pass ASME welding test, job shop/field fabrication work experience preferred. A level 1 or 2 technician in Magnetic Particle & Penetrant Testing.
Qualifications:
Knowledge- H.S. diploma or equivalent; or equivalent experience; knowledge of fabrication.
CWI preferred.
Must pass drug, alcohol, and physical pre-employment requirements.

What you'll do:

Job Summary The Lighting Inspector will perform quarterly lighting inspections at night for our commercial bank clients. Lighting inspections will be performed in the evening and overnight hours while lighting requirements can be fully measured. Inspections are performed at each location once a quarter and pay is contingent upon the completion per location.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (
Included but not limited to)
Take inspection photos of facilities operated by bank clients of FMM.
Document the overall site lighting, particularly whether lights are operating or not, and with special emphasis on the lighting in and around the ATM and Night Drop equipment.
Upload photos and a site diagram showing any outages.
Light meter reading will need to be taken, recorded, and sent to FMM for review twice a year.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1-2 years of experience
Willing and able to learn new computer programs
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to travel regionally to various client sites as needed

This position will be responsible for the North Louisiana Region including the following cities: Alexandria, Pineville, Natchitoches, Many, Zwolle, Mansfield, Shreveport, Bossier City, Plain Dealing, Spring Hill, Haughton, Minden, and Ruston

JOB SUMMARY: Performs daily inspections of integrated telecommunication shelters, modular buildings, energy storage containers and solar power conversion skids to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform ‘in-process' and ‘final' inspections of components in shelters, solar power conversion skids, and energy storage containers, shelter production & fabrication as required by QC checklists
Conduct basic electrical testing of all systems
Interpret production drawings and shop details
Ensure internal QC checklists are properly completed; verify punch list completion, & coordinate corrections with production team members
Clearly document product deficiencies; and follow up with QC management & production supervisors to ensure deficiencies are corrected before product is ready for shipment
Perform general inspections of shelters, skids, and containers as requested by QC Manager
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: Work Experience: 1+ years of construction or inspection experience Education: Technical Certification or Trade School Completion / High School Diploma or GED equivalent Related Experience:
Proficient understanding of building code standards
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
General understanding of electrical systems & components; working knowledge of NEC Electrical codes
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure
Attention to detail
General mathematical skills
General knowledge construction techniques and standards
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast-paced environment

The API Inspector is responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
1. Fluent with internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of such equipment.
2. Able to check and perform calculations relative to in-service deterioration, repairs, rerates, or alterations, such as those in the following, but not limited to:
Corrosion rates.
Weld joint quality and casting quality factors.
Joint efficiencies.
Static head pressure.
Internal pressure/minimum thickness of pipe.
External pressure.
Impact testing; and,
Nozzle reinforcement.
Ability to assist in scheduling of activities related to inspection.
Adequately complete proper Company and client required documentation.
Communicate with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company.
Report to the client in a professional manner job specific criterion consisting of applicable procedures of the project.
Capable of managing construction and maintenance contractors to ensure Quality Control.
Knowledgeable of non-destructive examination methods including:
Radiographic Examination.
Liquid Penetrant Examination.
Magnetic Particle Examination.
Visual Examination and Ultrasonic Thickness measurements.
Any other inspection activities deemed necessary by NVI, LLC Management.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience/Skills
API 653 valid certification.
Additional API 510, 570 preferred.
15 years or more of experience.
Experience in Inspection/repair/build.
NACE Level I or II Certifications Preferred.
High School Diploma, G.E.D.
Familiar with ASME, API, AWS welding codes.
Valid U.S. driver's license and able to pass an MVR evaluation.
Valid TWIC TSA background identification card.
Able to pass Fit for Duty Testing and Drug/Alcohol policies/procedures.
List of projects and references from projects managed in a similar role; and,
Knowledgeable of OSHAs General and Construction safety industry safe practices.
Preferred
Advanced educational certifications and/or degrees.
Current API certifications in 571, 577 and 580.
NACE Level I or II Certifications.
