    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector with an Airframe Certificate to join our aviation maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and internal quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft systems, regulatory documentation, and inspection protocols. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections on aircraft and components in accordance with FAR 145 Repair Station and FAR 43 Maintenance requirements. Review and interpret structural and avionic drawings, schematics, manuals, and test procedures. Verify conformity of work performed, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Type Certificate Data Sheets, Airworthiness Directives, Advisory Circulars, and company procedures. Document findings clearly and accurately through detailed written reports. Perform visual and functional inspections using appropriate tools and equipment. Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to resolve discrepancies and support continuous quality improvement. Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate inspection results and suggest corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation and traceability in digital and/or physical formats. Operate in physically demanding environments, including standing, climbing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation. Maintain compliance with vision standards (minimum 20/20 corrected vision and no limitations in color perception).
