Build and nurture relationships with clients and contractors to secure new cabinetry and countertop projects.
Provide accurate project estimates and manage proposals from initiation to approval.
Guide clients through product selections, revisions, and project specifics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
Conduct project walk-throughs to address quality standards and resolve concerns.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new products to drive sales growth.
Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer communications.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, granite, or construction.
3-5 years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Cabinet Vision software is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and provide precise estimates.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to client sites.
What You Will Experience:
Work will involve a mix of office-based tasks and fieldwork.
Job site visits may require walking, measuring, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
Exposure to varied conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and dust.
Regular local travel, with occasional longer-distance travel.
