The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Statement of Work (SOW) IDIQ Program Manager Introduction: The mission of TSA is to protect the Nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. In support of this mission, the Screening Partnership Program (SPP) screens passengers and their property (including checked and carry-on baggage) at participating airports for explosives, weapons, and other prohibited items through the use of a private, contract screening workforce under Federal oversight. The IDIQ Program Manager will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of airport security screening services, maintaining compliance with TSA regulations, security protocols, and operational performance standards.
