    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Configuration and CDRL Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing configuration management and CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) activities for complex defense projects. Collaborate with quality assurance and project management teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of configuration and CDRL activities, including configuration baselines, change histories, and audit findings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration management and CDRL management, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment. Experience with CDRL development, management, and compliance, and familiarity with DFARS ************. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
