Summary:
This position serves as the internal strategic and tactical communications lead for the Global Information Technology organization.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Establish, maintain and evolve the communication framework within global IT organization Develop overall strategic communication plan in alignment with global IT strategies, goals and objectives
· Manage and produce quarterly, global IT town hall meetings for Chief Information Officer, including logistics, agenda, content, on-site staffing and post-event measurement Manage and produce quarterly, functional town hall meetings for IT Senior Leadership Team (ITSLT) members, including logistics, agenda, content, on-site staffing and post-event measurement via surveys
· Draft and review executive presentations for internal Client audiences and external industry audiences
