The Senior Manager of Health Information & Systems reports to the Director, Population Health & Analytics. They work closely across multiple pods within Health Services other departments ensuring health system strategic process and requirements are met across all brands and global geographic locations.
The Senior Manager will be able to provide guidance related to collection of data, governance, and access as well as review of the data analytics process. They will oversee a team which will accomplish these deliverables while ensuring appropriate privacy and regulatory requirements are met.

Essential Functions:
Health Systems:
Analyse, evaluate, design, and implement health systems in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements for shipboard and shoreside teams.
Develop health systems and applications using Microsoft PowerPlatforms, Azure, or in collaboration with external providers.
Analyse current state technology and processes to recommend solutions and systems that meet the requirements of shipboard and shoreside health systems teams, as well as government reporting.
Control the risk management process, costs, feasibility, and changes required for these systems, updating development plans and implementations as necessary.
Ensure all privacy, regulatory, and security requirements are met in the development and implementation of health systems, including permissions and security configurations.
Health Data Analytics:

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by creating necessary validation methods of data.

Project Management:
Develop all health information and systems projects using Agile, Scrum, or similar methods and report progress to leadership.
Work with product owners and subject matter experts to analyse the full development cycle of a product, enhancement, or report.
Support and collaborate with the health information and systems team members, product owners, subject matter experts and internal and external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion and implementation of requirements.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, for the evaluation and deployment of new electronic health records (EHR) versions.
Electronic Health Records:

Work with legal, regulatory, and Health Services teams to ensure that medical records are stored, destroyed or transmitted or sent in line with corporate policies and regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
Support shipboard and shoreside teams with assistance with technical guidance, resolving bugs, and assistance or setup of appropriate workflows.
Procedures & Compliance:
Conduct appropriate audits and quality checks to ensure key performance indexes are met for the health information and systems department.
Assist shoreside and shipboard teams in creating or reviewing policies that are related to health information systems or have a health information / systems component.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer sciences or similar. Master's degree preferred.
PMP, Agile, Scrum Certification preferred but not required.
8+ years of management experience with similar scope and responsibilities is required. 5+ years of experience in Project Management and electronic health systems development is preferred.

The IT Governance Analyst plays a key role in managing user access and ERP change processes across the organization. Reporting to the Director of PMO, the analyst is responsible for maintaining up-to-date General Computer Controls (GCC), conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with IT user access policies, Segregation of Duty (SoD), SOX, and IT Change Management policies. They will document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key controls and collaborate closely with both internal and external auditors. Additionally, the role involves working with the Cybersecurity Director to ensure that security features are aligned with policies and GCC. The role may evolve based on business needs.
Responsibilities
* Scope includes both Azure/Active Directory (AD) controllable resources and non-AD controllable resources such as on-line portals, Sage X3 ERP software, other software provisioned by IT, and software provisioned by business stewards.
* Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design access solutions to meet both current and future needs.
* Analyze data for role discovery and SoD compliance.
* Define, document, and implement standard processes and procedures for new provisioning, role changes, user departures including non-employee access.

Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Governance

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Excellence in stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Experience with organizational development and talent management
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field
Experience in aviation, logistics, or transportation industries
Certifications in relevant frameworks (SAFe, ITIL v4, PMP, etc.)
Experience implementing OKR frameworks
Track record of successful change management initiatives
Skills:
Advanced proficiency with portfolio management tools
Experience with project management platforms
Proficiency with BI/analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
