As a key member of the senior IT leadership team this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and is responsible for ensuring I&O strategy is fully aligned, positioning I&O to deliver compelling business value.
In this role, you will:
Maintain the global infrastructure consisting of physical and virtual servers, virtual desktops, operating systems, and applications to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing systems and development and implementation of systems enhancements working closely with regional IT teams
Manage enterprise-wide compute resources to optimize performance, security, and cost.
Ability to provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems with server systems, network, and other computer technology
Planning and executing the implementation of infrastructure for new applications or system integration and testing working closely with project teams across the organization
Maintain a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) plan, and modern backup solutions to ensure data resilience and operational continuity conducting regular testing and drills
Oversee firmware and operating system patch management to ensure security, stability, and compliance
Work with security team to ensure compliance with endpoint security policies (AV, patching, MFA, and DLP controls)

Education & Experience
