Job Description
This role will be responsible for project management for the definition, development, implementation, adoption, and maintenance of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools, including the implementation and adoption of an ITSM tool. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills and experience with ServiceNow, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:
* Define the scope of ITSM projects, including service design, transition, and operation.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Four years' additional experience in project management, or three years' additional experience in project management with a PMP certification in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
* Typically, ten years' relevant experience in general IT project management, with recent experience in project scoping, planning, and scheduling. This includes developing master plans and milestones, managing risk, and cost-benefit analyses.
* Five plus years' experience in ITSM project management, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
* Experience with process improvement and service delivery.
* Experience managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
* Experience with IT service management processes and tools.
* Experience with ITIL (Information, Technology, Infrastructure Library framework).
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and best practices.
* Knowledge of change management and risk assessment.
* Experience with Microsoft Project and Atlassian suite of tools.
* Experience identifying, collecting, and reporting metrics for measuring progress and quality.

The Operational Technology Infrastructure Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing and managing the Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and platforms across all SGI plants. This position will work closely with OT Controls Technicians at each plant to ensure a robust, secure, and efficient OT environment. The OT Infrastructure Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between OT and IT, facilitating collaboration, troubleshooting and design of SCADA environment and implementing best practices.
Essential Duties
Process control, SCADA, MES, Platform Standardization: Coordinate the standardization of OT platforms and normalize data and metadata for integration with analysis and predictive platforms.
Collaboration with OT Technicians: Work closely with plant-level OT Technicians to coordinate programming and infrastructure changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Provide technical guidance and support.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the OT infrastructure. Conduct regular testing and drills.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of the OT infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and process engineers on OT-related projects. Provide input on infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors for OT hardware, software, and services.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the OT infrastructure roadmap and strategy. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Network Management: Coordinate the design, implementation, and maintenance of the OT network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and industrial communication protocols.
Hardware and Software Management: Coordinate lifecycle management of OT hardware and software assets, including servers, PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control systems. Ensure timely updates, patches, and backups.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the OT infrastructure from cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Required
5+ years of experience in OT infrastructure management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of industrial control systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity.
Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Qualifications Preferred
Certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or industrial control systems.
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning.
