We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Architect with extensive expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive PLM solutions. With over 6+ years of experience in PLM systems, you will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and fostering innovation across the product lifecycle.
Your expertise in Teamcenter will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency within M&A. You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Teamcenter PLM architectures tailored to meet business needs.
Define and document solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for Teamcenter implementations.
Lead all phases of Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and other enterprise systems.
Architect solutions for complex integrations, including BOM management, Change Management, CAD integrations, and workflows.
Optimize existing Teamcenter environments for performance, scalability, and usability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
Translate business objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Establish PLM standards, governance frameworks, and compliance policies to maintain system integrity and security.
Perform system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior architects and engineers on Teamcenter capabilities and best practices.
Deliver training sessions to stakeholders to drive system adoption and proficiency.
Stay current with Siemens Teamcenter advancements and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and digital transformation within PLM systems.
