Qualifications EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or relevant work experience. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. 5+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk environment is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading support teams is preferred.
