The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Job Description
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Responsible for PC's, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
Assist with onboarding of new users.
Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
Qualifications
3-5 years of system admin and/or helpdesk experience
