Should any new companies be acquired, this position will be responsible for setting up the integration plans. SKILLSET REQUIRED • Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of experience as HRIS administrator / data analyst, preferably in an HR environment • 5 years of database management or related experience • 2+ years of "UKG Ready" experience highly preferred • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Sharepoint • Elevated level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics • Knowledge of standard methodologies in HRIS, talent management, performance management, building reports and dashboards. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate well with employees in a highly multi-cultural environment. • Initiative-taker with ability to work independently, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies • Ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach to prioritizing tasks and responsibilities. • Commercial awareness, ability to think both analytically and strategically, to identify underlying business issues. • Curiosity and willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers. • Strong verbal and written communication skills PERKS OF JOINING OUR TEAM With positive values, a productive atmosphere and a commitment to excellence, Ferrotec encourages employees to maximize and realize their potential.
